These Terms & Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.

All goods will be available for collection on Thursday after 2PM, unless otherwise agreed with Roger Scott Menswear.

All goods become the sole responsibility of the hirer when taken from our premises. They are hired on the understanding that they are returned, in an undamaged condition, on the return date which is before 1PM on the following Monday, unless otherwise agreed with Roger Scott Menswear.

The hirer will be held responsible for the full replacement cost of any garments, accessories or hired items that are deemed to have been subject to malicious damage, are lost or stolen while in the hirer’s possession.

Accidental damage is covered by our own insurance scheme.

Late return of hired garments will be charged at 20% of the total hire charge for every day late.

In the event of any hired garments or items not being returned within 14 days of the date due for return, the hirer shall be liable to Roger Scott Menswear for the full value at the current retail price as at the date of collection, along with accrued hire charges until payment is received.
 
A deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure your booking. In the event of the order or articles being cancelled Roger Scott Menswear will retain the following amounts:

Cancellation notified over 72 hours before collection date – All deposits
Cancellation notified 24 - 72 hours before collection date – All deposits plus 40% of order value
Cancellation notified on collection day – All deposits plus 50% of order value

Roger Scott Menswear will not be held responsible if by reason of fire, accident, strike, lock-out or force majeure, or for ANY reason beyond their control, any hired article is not available.

Payment in full must be made before the garments may leave the premises.

Payment by cheque must be made in full at least 14 days prior to collection.

NOTES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Roger Scott Menswear will guarantee the price of all hire garments at the time of order confirmation.

All items are offered for hire on a good faith basis.

Any Contract between Roger Scott Menswear and the customer does not commence until the goods have been ordered and a deposit paid.

All goods are as described, however, customers should note that due to graphical limitations of the internet and browsers there may be slight differences in the colours displayed on the screen compared to the actual garments.
